When holidays are torturous

and filled with tears,

Instead of hugs, smiles and cheers,

Empower your now with self love

and to self, kind words do endear,

to overcome grief and transmute fear.

Embrace the darkness,

then be love, be now

and soon the rainbows and light will appear,

Glistening through the pain from your tears.

๐Ÿ’œFor many, the celebrations of Motherโ€™s Day today is about bouquets of flowers, heart felt gifts, brunches, bbqs, and blessings of family time.

๐Ÿค•For many this day is Groundhog Day of hell.

Not all moms and children are together on this day.

There will be no flowers, hugs, calls or celebration. No appreciation.


โ€ขFor many, this day is memory of pain and loss and clouded from the beauty of life by the shadow of grief.

โ€ขFor others, guilt, shame and regret rain down.

There is nothing sweet and joyous to embrace on such a day,

that only brings memories of pain that never seem to fade away.

๐Ÿณ๏ธMany have never known the warmth and safety of our mothers love.

Many never will.


But that doesnโ€™t mean that we have to suffer or continue surviving in the darkness alone, afraid, grieving and โ€˜shutting down to get through the dayโ€™.


โ€ขWe can be the living embodiment of the mother energy in how we speak and care for ourselves.


โ€ขWe can learn new skills to heal the deep wounds and begin to empower ourselves.


โ€ขWe can be our source of joy and safety.

Yes. Healing is possible.

It will require empathy, courage and daily commitment to be love in every now.

The focus shifted on honoring the body that is a vessel to the most important aspect of humans... our soul.


Our soul, who is always there with us.

Our soul who is complete as both mother and father, feminine and masculine.


We are Divine & complete.

Everything else is extra icing on top!

Love, is the key, and it is the energy we must radiate to self in order to fill our cups until they pour over. Not the other way around, because all that does is #hijackyourhappy

What do you do?

Turn inward and fill your cup 1st!

Self-love is self-care, and is where bliss and balance lives.

When we turn inward, we create a bridge to our inner essence, which fulfills the craving to be seen, heard, and loved, and without giving our happiness, power or self-respect away.


Love always starts within. Love is a frequency.. aka energy, and so therefore, the more you give yourself, the more that will radiate to ripple back to you.

How to SELF-MOTHER:

5 Steps to Self healing & Self-validation


1) Give yourself a moment to honor the sadness. Grieve and express your truth on paper or video, so you can see & hear yourself.


2) Get creative and play with art, nature, dance, sing, skip. Be in the flow of fun NOW.


3) Laugh and breathe in deep belly laughs!


4) Self-soothe inner child: touch, bubble baths, rocking, hair brushing, thumb sucking, blankies/cuddlies


5) Love you AS you ARE.

Release society from the application of approval and validation of your right to exist and how to be happy.


You didnโ€™t come here to fit in or be a slave to an identity or role. (No more than the loss of the said role means we are failures, we are simply getting feedback on how to improve.)


Stop being so hard on yourself; everyone is always failing and our energy is better served using the feedback for expansion.


Being human is classroom for learning, not yearning.

Stop yearning to be accepted or rescued!


You came here to be you. BE the #BHADASS divine and limitless you!

Break free from the chains of fear. BE YOU!

Break the chains, but donโ€™t get locked up in them after. All days, but especially on holidays that are difficult emotionally, please be gentle, patient and compassionate with yourself.


If you feel like being in pajamas all day, cuddling with a special blanket/toy,DO IT!

Or maybe you want to do some art or take bubble bath, or play in nature, or make a mess with an easy bake oven, or *bury your barbies in the dirt, DO THAT! DO ALL THE THINGS!!

(*๐Ÿ˜‚Yes.. Iโ€™m the girl who buried her barbie dolls in dirt .. and then proceeded to play with army with my baby brothers GIJoes!)


If it makes you happy and youโ€™re not harming anyone else, the only thing you have to lose, is an opportunity to honor YOU.

This is an example of an opportunity for you to show up as a momma would and make sure that you (aka, the inner child within) felt seen, heard, safe... loved.


There is certainly no harm in that, only the healing power of motherly love.


I send love, compassion and intentions that these tips help you or a loved one with the pain of today, but also, gives hope for healing and inner harmony.


I also intend for this to provide insights for those who, thankfully, (because theyโ€™ve been spared the painful experience), donโ€™t understand the pain of holidays spent alone, but want to be supportive and offer value to help others shift out of sadness of the past and pain, and into the present. #careshare


Families are all doing the best they can with the blueprints they have.

Be patient with family, they are also breaking patterns of generations of being disempowered and programmed.


Remember that ..

Every act is act of love... or a cry for love.


And the power of love is what will heal and bring peace to a broken heart and lost soul.

I also have a passion for supporting entrepreneurs who struggle with self-acceptance, confidence, boundaries and assertiveness, low energy levels, prioritizing taking care of their body and balancing it all while building, managing and making an impact with their message.

I have a vision to shift the tides worldwide and reduce child abuse/neglect, suicide, and domestic violence statistics by helping humans heal and empower their inner childโ€”the part of themselves that retains their childlike wonder and fearsโ€”as well increase the love vibes on our planet. Through my coaching work, along with my books, I am changing how we see ourselves and each other, creating harmony in humanity.
